CSR 2013 has anyone been up (or down) yet

Hi Mark, just completed the CSR.
Great trip, have avoided the rain and was able to travel our intended route as the track had opened at Wiluna on the day we left.
However, we have broken an engine mount due to the killer corrugations and are now stranded in Halls Creek.

Hi Mark, just completed north to south. Unfortunately we encountered everything but snow and hail. However there was lots of mud which was fun, and although towing a camper, had to back up and have a couple of goes on only 3 dunes. It was the most fantastic trip I have done. We were on the track for 24 days. No problems at all with the car with the exception of one flat which occurred when I got off the road for an oncoming vehicle. Average consumption was around 18-20 l/100km.
