      I was hoping the Tassie GTG would be around new year, number one son will be in year 12 then and taking more than the school holidays will be out of the question for us!

        I'm with Palmer - Tassie school Hol's would be good (any time of the year), but given it is in our own backyard, will be keen to get along no matter the timing. Will be great to meet a number of like-minded PPers in the flesh. MLC might even bring me my beer?!

          It is only a rough plan but yes it will fit the Tassie holidays but also fit with other states (if my calculations are correct) so people can have a 2 week holiday in the statewith one of those weeks being on the GTG.

          We need to have a Tassie meeting to get the committee together. Palmer and Smithy got any ideas of a date?

            Our young ones enjoyed the 2012 GTG so no problems at all. A GTG needs to be a family affair.

              I'm keen to catch-up at some stage, ans I'm pretty sure Smithy is to (he's already mentioned it to me).
              Be good if we could get together some time in June - even just for a g'day. July is out for me, as we are going to Adelaide then the Simpson and maybe back to Adelaide through the ranges.
