It's on the road again. I still have to install the new UHF antenna and get all the gear back in the car, but it is mobile.

Anywhere out of Cherrybrook will do for me. How about Sunny Corner? How long is the drive from Richmond Maccas?

If I remember correctly it was 1.5 hours from Richmond to the Yetholme servo on the Gt. Western Hwy. From there it's not far into Sunny Cnr. But be aware if you want to go there at this time of year, bring your snow shoes   It will be freezing cold :!:

The 8th may be a problem for me at this point but if you guys want to meet up for that day then go for it, will let you know for sure when this female I'm chasing after confirms our meet up day

                Re: NSW: next day out

There's a possibility of a recce trip to Newnes SF this Sunday; JeffH may be available plus anyone else who wants to tag along can do but it depends on the weather. There is rain forecast for Lithgow over the next couple of days but frost then sunny for Sunday so will keep an eye on it......

If this trip does happen, again it will be a recce only; looking for new tracks we haven't been on before so lots of stop/start/ deadends :!: And maybe some great tracks that very few know about 8)

The Boomslang mobile is back on its wheels - even if the wheels are not on the ground. Renee gave it a workout at stockton yesterday. The new steel ARB bar already bend after this.

Is the bar really bent? :? If so, I would be looking for damage to the chassis, inner guards and radiator support.

The centre front plate is bend. I think the chassis ets is OK.

The problem was with the landing - there was a 2nd little ridge after the first one

                              ouch!!

Have a good look around the raditaor support panel just to be certain.

Look forward to the next stunt
