I'm in 2 minds as to whether I should design it so that you have to drill into the Sovereign bar. I'm also trying to source rubber pads to put in between the plate and the Sovereign bar to stop the movement and vibration from wearing the powdercoating off the plate.Originally posted by pjorek View Postno word on the radiator plates (sov bar) on 120? you must be flat out Andrew

fair enough, take your time...you've done very well thus far. I also believe that drilling into the Sov bar is the only way to do it, nothing existing will hold it (re-drill the 4 holes which hold the plastic bits up??)Originally posted by amts View PostI'm in 2 minds as to whether I should design it so that you have to drill into the Sovereign bar. 2 of those 4 holes can't be used as it gets very close to something (can't remember now). I also have a winch cradle which gets in the way of the middle section. Otherwise it wouldn't be so hard while trying to keep the price down.Originally posted by pjorek View Postfair enough, take your time...you've done very well thus far. Yes it is. Already discussed a diff drop with him last night as I was a bit worried about the CV angles. Will put the diff drop on tonight and see what it does. The suspension has been designed for more weight up front so the CV angles would look better when that happens.Originally posted by 120D4D View PostNice work Andrew, looks like a diff drop will be the next mods to the FJ!
Im guessing this is Gunnells new ride?
