Added a cable clamp to the tube. This is where the top of the curly cord exits. The cable clamp is cordgrip from Jaycar

The cost to substitute the yellow fibreglass outer pole with the aluminium pole with holes predrilled and anodised is $20. There will be extra for postage as it won't fit in the existing box.Comment

It's pretty easy. Reuse the factory bolts to fit the bracket to the door first. Then use the supplied bolts to attach the spare tyre bracket to the spacer. I found it easier to do it this way round.Comment

The 90 and 150 light pole bracket prototype will be coming out at the same time as the final 120 batch. Haven't heard back from the laser cutters yet this week.Comment
