Sure does. My back window is tinted and I have the static cling on it.
I also use the foil type in my side windows. Just a cheap windscreen...

I have similar stuff from SuperCheap. It doesn't block out. You can see out the back window fine, but it definitely does cut down the heat and light....

I went in there March 2013.
At that point it was a rather overgrown track, mostly 1 vehicle wide max. Had to use the hema maps to find it....Last edited by djnapkin; 09-01-2015, 11:15 PM.
