I've made the same mistake before. For the slide yoke it dosen't matter. For the uni joints, pump in non-moly lithium grease until you see the new grease come out past the deals. It should only take 4-5 shots of grease to purge the moly grease out. Wipe up the excess so it dosen't make a mess under the car.

Dobbo mine is 2007 model and each universal joint has a grease nipple in the heart of the joint, in the middle of the cross not on the end as shown in Bens image. You may need to rotate the drive shaft a little to get to them. The first time I tried to grease mine they where almost hidden with old grease and dirt.

How do you do the U-joint just ahead of the transfer case? It's so tight in there, can't really get the grease gun to it. The other 5 went fine (and now with the proper grease)
I did all my Prado uni joints with a small Toledo grease gun but there's one on my 2008 Hilux that can't be greased without removing the driveshaft. Forget about needle nose adaptors, you never get grease into a zerk fitting with those. Of course that's the one that's grinding now - never been grreased despite how many services.
