This is a great thread for making a table. I did my own version a few months ago. The only thing I would change would be to use metal rather than plastic hinges.

There is a dark side to this though in that by seeing how its done, you can also get the impression that something is easy (when its not).

I am borderline with this in doing electrical work on my car. So many folk on here make it look simple, though if you stuff it, you could see your pride and joy go up in flames...

Yes of course. There lots of things I wouldn't dare so myself. But I'm happy doing some of the easy stuff.

Finally got around to giving it a wash and putting the new number plates on after last weekends swim. Put loads of screws in so fingers crossed I won't lose it again.
Only problem with washing it is it now shows up all the scratches.

Still hard to move on from my old 90 series but this one is a bit of a blank canvas which is nice.

Haha! Unfortunately the bar will have to stay for a while i think. Not a fan of the look but its way better than not having one, so batteries, snorkel,new tyres, shelves, etc etc go first

That really does suck doesn't it!
I had new window tinting throughout and a new windscreen put in my 90. A week later it was written off by another driver

What rack is that? I'm trying to work out a way to convert my full length roof rack from my 90 to the 120.

Moved the Prado out of the carport to do a service on a mate's Patrol. Yeah, yeah, I know, what's a Nissan doing in my driveway? Well, if I don't help him with a service I'll have to follow him up the Gibb next week and pull him out when it breaks down. Actually, I'm going to do that anyway.

Discovered Nissan 4.2 turbo has two oil filters and holds 10 litres of oil. Note to self: need to get a bigger oil collection bucket, the 8 litre one isn't big enough.
