Plus adjusted the handbrake. So thats all new suspension, brakes, exhaust, driveline fluids done, new windscreen, recovery points and a bunch of minor things sorted in the last few weeks. Bought a VL Commodore to tinker with which will be delivered tomorrow.

Finally got the shocks and springs fitted up that have been sitting in the corner of the garage waiting for weeks. I used Bilstein BE5-A712 front and BE5-A713 rear shocks and Kings standard KTRS-101 front and KTRS-102 rear springs.

I added the heights from the original 2007 OEM suspension before and after.

Also added a picture of the muffler i added in to the 4wdsupercentre muffler delete pipe the other day, it's a
    D819MN Redback universal - 8" X 5" OVAL - 12" LONG 3" Megaflow. The note and sound level i find is perfect.

New girl is a VX, so its got a few more luxuries and electrical aids than the old 90 GXL..

I added a small high flow muffler to the 4wdsupercentre muffler delete pipe, and the result is way better. The note sounds excellent, it's not too loud and the fuel economy seems to be slightly better but i will need to rack up a few more k's to know for sure.

This is a pic of the supercentre stock muffler and the muffler delete pipe, i didnt take a pic with the hi flow muffler added to the delete pipe but it's about half the size of the stock muffler.
