Finally fitted the full egr blanking plate with the manual mapper, I forgot to put a rag down when fitting the plate, so I had to pull off the bash plate to retrieve it, easy enough though

I've had a 4wdsupacentre 3" exhaust for the past 18 months and its been awesome, i noticed they had the muffler delete pipes in stock so i ordered one and fitted it today.
Fitted like a glove and was quick to install. First thoughts are it's loud, quite a bit louder than i was expecting. Going from the stock exhaust to the 3" the increase in sound wasnt huge it mostly just gave it a nicer deeper note, but the muffler delete is very noticeable so the jury is still out on this one dont know if i will keep it or switch back. Not sure if its improved fuel economy yet only went around the block.
Also the other day got a new windscreen fitted after cracking it in the snow. Done by Obrien from $400 fitted, they used an acoustic XYG screen. Guy done a great job, even managed to peel off my national parks pass off the old screen and and restick it like new along with dashcam and hands free mic. Screen quality is ok, theres some slight rippling if i look through it on a sharp angle but it's not noticeable when driving. Also cabin noise is about the same as the OEM screen.

Went for a better drive with the 4wdsupercentre muffler delete and would have to advise against them. Way too noisy, when you open the throttle it sounds like a Mack truck and fuel consumption was up slightly but EGT down. Wifey definitely was not impressed either lol. But it only took 15min to bolt it and give it a try, i will weld in a high flow unit something between a delete and the standard muffler and see how it goes.

Today i fitted up some new DBA T2 4x4 slotted rotors and Bendix heavy duty brake pads on all four corners, and changed out the brake fluid.
I've also got some Bilstein shocks and King springs which i will put in tomorrow time permitting.2007 120 GXL D4D 6sp Man - My Rig https://www.pradopoint.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=24945&d=1487341201

I wish I had the room for a hoist, I've been talking to the wife suggesting we move and she knows without me saying it, it's so I can install one...Silver '04 KZJ120~Manual~GXL~Dobinson/Kings lift~Custom valved Ironmans~Detroit Locker~Endless Air~X9 Superwinch~Madman EMS1~TJM Dual Battery~Rhino Roof Tray~120W solar panel~Foxwing awning~Bushskinz UVP~Long Ranger water tank~Bushman fridge~Steinbauer P-Box~Beaudesert 2 3/4"~Airtec Snorkel~TJM Sliders~Prico Boost Gauge~BFG-KO2s~TPMS~GME TX3420~Front and Rear Cameras~Ultimate Camper hanging off the back!
