Buy Toyota's wiring harness as mentioned above.
Each headlight now has a computer (headlight ECU) plugged directly underneath the headlight assembly. Don't stuff around with them as they are very expensive.
You might be able to intercept the high beam switch at the indicator stalk to drive a relay, but its not worth the effort.

Thanks for your replies. Harnesses are connected and spots work, using the cut out switch provided. Next job to connect a look alike Toyota switch.
i intend to put together a how-to on installing Stedi spotlights to 2020+ Prados.

No that poses another question, where can you get switches that fit in the Prado 150 GXL switch panel. The one that came with my lights are too big to fit and i'm concerned about cutting out the panel to make it fit.

Stedi has a range of the small square switches for the Toyota 150.

cbp, I'd love to see your write up on this as I has purchased the Stedi piggyback harness and want to connect a Kings light bar to it. Be goo to have a bit of a heads up on the problems you've encountered.
