One 500km round trip per week and a few short trips around town.
Tows a Camper trailer once a month

Those with higer mileage have auto or manual transmission? Usually which one last longer, engine or trans?

I think it really all depends on what sort of life it has had. I prefer manual for towing heavy stuff except for hill starts. That's why i bought a manual as well as having 6 gears.
If it's had a hard life and not looked after i think either would break. But i do think generally autos if looked after and not overheated will last a long time but then again so will the manual boxes. Just my opinion though.

Haha. 186km/h 'indicated' is when the speed limiter kicks in. Before everyone jumps up and down, it was back when the NT had unlimited speed zones..

Back on topic, 240,000kms and still going strong.

they have a speed limiter...... hmmm
