They must have moved then as I drive through berridale at least 3 times a month and there not where they used to be. No address on their website?Originally posted by Shovtel View PostI spoke to them today and they are operating fine. Based just past Canberra in Beridale i think.

it seems this is the right forum to get solid opinions on OME vs Tough Dog lifts. Any further suggestions/experiences with either?
I live in the North West so limited to options and from the pain a few have experience fitting them I am going to pay someone else to install. Cheers

Time to start filling up the piggy bank to save up for something different me thinks... Something with threaded shock body for easy height adjustment would be next choice.
Both my front Heavy duty TJM struts leaked a fair bit of oil. One during a Cape York trip 4,000km after the suspension was fitted (replaced under warranty). The other 3 yrs and 70,000km after suspension was fitted (covered under warranty). The suspension ride quality is great and no complaints there. sure, I was dissapointed with the oil seal failures, but I was looked after on the 2nd failure when I was fully prepared to buy the shock absorber. Will I keep buying from TJM? Yeah, you bet.

Guest repliedJust fitted a Caloffroad kit today to a 150 GXL. Got a bit dark by the time it was finished. Hopefully can get some height measurements when it settles.

Not all ARBs are equal .Originally posted by mackayvx View PostCustomer service is everything.
I had a terrible experience with an ARB product whilst on a remote trip.
I was fuming when i arrived back at the store a few week later, but they sorted me out and i left the store smiling.
ARB has my business until the end of days now as I know how they handle warranty work.
They are professional.

Hi all,
Just read through this thread and I feel you pain.
I thought the Toughdog stuff I put in was average, but cal sounds bloody tragic.
Hope it all ends well.

I have a Cal Offroad kit. The main thing I found annoying was how hard to get hold of they could be. You call and you get an office lady, not someone who is useful for any questions you have. Being an idiot, when I installed the fronts, I put the spring seat on upside down, so it sat way too high and was too hard.
Now, it is much better, however I think it still sits a bit high in the front.
However, being in Perth, it is too hard to deal with them from this far away. In the future, I'm just going to a local place and will save myself the trouble.
