    Yeah keep trying
I've read that post on the Mitsubishi pump on a 1kz.... Looked pretty good and easy and more power
The 1KZ did come out with a basic injector pump but getting one could be difficult
You could rebuild a 2.4 non electric type and have your internals put in

Tried the temp wires and same issue!! I'm going mechanical and after some research most common mechanical pumps are the 4m40 mitsubishi and the 2L-II injection pump without any mods to it.
Let me know if you have other suggestions.

        Yeah they will work
The 2LT one I think might not supply quite enough fuel but they can be turned up
Either way if you have a manual I'd recommend this !
I'd probly get a non turbo engine harness and utilise the glow plug timer and engine wiring
Done properly and tuned in youl get more power with less fuel
Youl need a pump with boost compensator
Iv actually got one here from a 87 surf 2.4
