  • New GXL Price

    HI All
Has anyone purchased the newly updated GLX recently? Just trying to work out the going rate. Happy to see with and without extras/add-ons.

    Cheers.

    Hey mate,

I shopped around today and managed to get the GXL with leather seats down to $66,000...sticker price was $77k drive away. It had no other extra's.

Still trying to get lower as they're fighting each other at the moment haha.

Hey guys, I’m in QLD and looking at getting a GXL.
        - I’m looking at the 2019 and the new 2020
        model.
        - as it’s going to be purchased as a novated lease I’m tossing up getting the 2019 and having it for 2 to 3 years then upgrading to the new model
        - I’m guessing the 2019 models should be a fair bit cheaper with the new ones arriving now.

Would be great to hear if anyone has any prices on 2019 GXL?
        - I’ll also use the $66k as a start if I do go the 2020 model too

Can I ask - where/which dealer did you go to get the $66k price?? The best I could get with Premium Interior and Tow Bar is $68,500.

I pulled the trigger last week on a new GXL with upgraded interior for $68,500. That was Sci-Fleet in Brisbane. The price before haggling was around $72k.

They've got you over a barrel as there are few around. I originally wanted a Fortuna but was told August 2021 or take an old one.
went for The Prado, bit more expensive but available this month.

Hi Lloymav, in Dec we ordered a new 2021 build & complied GXL with Premium Interior & Paint, along with the usual suspects, full tank & all weather mats $70,700 drive away. Remember in WA we all have goldmines in our backyards, so the state government stamp duty & rego is over $5,300, which is considerably dearer than other states, such as Tassie, which makes pricing comparisons with other states difficult.

Hi there, My missus and I recently (December) bought a 2020 Prado GXL White, standard interior, for around $66k, factory towbar included. Note, this was through a leasing company, so obviously some form of fleet pricing was factored in. When I went back to the dealer myself to attempt to negotiate a better price I was told that there were not may car in stock, and I could take the one offered or wait until March for the next run, with no guarantees of any better discounting. From what I have heard this price is around standard at present.
