Korean guy, living in Canberra, decided to head off in his FJ Cruiser and travel to see the desert. He got somewhere neer Jamieson WA (near Warburton) where the FJ broke down. After spending 3 days trying to get the car going he set off on foot in search of the "main" road. After 7 days without food and water he was found staggering along a track by some workers. They took him to the Warburton clinic. Lucky for him (1) the daytime temperatures weren't too hot and (2) passers by found him. Apparently, his mobile phone GPS provided him with coordinates but there was no phone signal for him to ring for help. Funny that.

Well it would be funny if it wasn't true! This was on the back of a truck.

My missus sent me a photo of 2 chairs from bunnings with the question "which colour?" I replied"the grey one, but can you send a photo of the dimensions so I can see if it fits in the back of the car"

Once I got the picture I knew it would fit. I might mount it on top of the draws like a popemobile 😃

I assume they are reinforcement plates, it makes sense because
they are more commonly used on Nissans.

Don't try buying petrol at aboriginal communities or servos in close proximity on the central highway from W.A. to N.T.
The only petrol available is Opal and if they are out of that Avgas. (neither of these can be sniffed for a high)
It is also an offence to carry petrol in containers though these areas, only the fuel in your vehicle tanks.
Most manufactures recommend no more than one tank of Opal before refilling with normal unleaded, as for Avgas I'd use something like Flashlube with it.

Posted on Herald Sun comments page relating to current AFL debate:

"North Korea's Social Etiquette Policy for 2016

16.1 When at a football game; if a team scores and you are a supporter of the opposing team, you shall not boo, you shall not show any negative emotion or outburst.
16.2 When at a football game; As a spectator you are obligated to applaud when either team scores, even in the instance the team which scored is opposing the team you support.
16.3 When at a football game; Applauding will be done with 2 hands, bringing them together in a clapping motion at one's chest height. Applauding will be done in a controlled manner, synchronized with the group as one, to the rhythm of our great leader's heart beat! Individual clapping will not be tolerated."
