Yeah. I think all trucks in Europe have to have them by law now. A friends daughter had a truck wheel come off in front of her on the motorway and bounce over her car into her rear window due to loose nuts. This was pre the law. Bloody lucky.

Pre start checks in the mining industry involve checking your wheel nuts are tight. This is a way of doing a visual test without getting a brace out. Face all these caps the way of your choice and if they have moved then so have your nuts

Me too but you know i have never seen anyone take any notice of them.
