Haven't received that tfr plate yet........Originally posted by amts View PostMLC: Thanks for doing the testing. Glad that you're still happy with them. Perhaps a TC plate to cover your testing fee?
pjorek: Happy to take a closer look at the radiator plate.
LFaR: I just got a quote back for the transfer case (TC) plate with a lead time of 3-4 weeks. But as timing is out of my control, I won't try to make promises. The fabricators had failures with the plasma cutter last year and I can only assume that it will be smooth flowing from now on. I've been away for a week and will get back under the car again to get the prototype model sorted for the TC. As for the 2 main plates for the 150, only the front one needs a bigger bend on 2 folds. One of which is to allow for a diff drop. Otherwise, it fitted up perfectly. I'd imagine that the next batch of 120 and 150 will start pretty soon with the TC plate not far behind.
Tei: noted.

What I want to know Andrew is when you are going to design some recovery points that will fit the ARB bar
Sorry, don't mean to hijack your thread

Guest repliedThe 2 holes on my plate won't be able to go that far. You would need to drill holes in the bar. But it is the first draft at this stage and things could still change.

Andrew,
I'm still interested in the radiator plate, looks good. Just wondering where those two original screws (holes on your picture) reside on the soverign bar? My guess is the plastic bits of the bar and if so I presume longer/stronger bolts would be required?

Guest repliedI have now updated the 1st post with pricing for the 120, 150 and new transfer case plates. Fabricator is ordering the material next week so I need to confirm order numbers very soon. I'm close to the 20 sets and if those that have enquired were added to the list, it will be over 20 sets.
At this stage, the fabrication of the 2 main plates will go ahead while I finalise the transfer case plate which will hopefully follow soon after the 2 main plates. The plates will be compatible with a diff drop which I am also organizing for $40 a set. There is no further reduction in clearance with the bashplates.

Hi Andrew
I am interested in a set of three plates (incl Transfer case). I have a 2003' 120 series V6 auto with Sovereign bar (let me know if you do decide to make one for the bar to radiator support also). Please let me know pricing for the set of two and the TC plate when finalised.
Thank you, Brett.
