They MIGHT be the wrong rotors. Possibly for a hilux or something? What was the part number on the box? 120 4x4 T3 fronts should be DBA42700S

Are you sure you got the right rotors? I fitted same same and no issues at all.
    Yours looks slightly smaller.
I would be doing some measurements and comparing to what they are meant to be. Maybe wrong rotors in the box. Or wrong altogether..

    Front Rotor replacement

Replaced my front rotors with DNA 4X4 survival brake series.after fitting and taking for a test run they rub something out of this world on the backing plate. It looks like the internal diameter is smaller than the stock rotors. With some hammer work I have managed to quiet them down some what.

No, don't need a wagon. Wanted something with bigger tow capacity and something that will last me 20 years. 2017 79 series Land Cruiser dual cab. 4.5 litre V8 with lots of nice stuff.

Careful Dave - she'll be looking and smelling so good after all this attention that you wont want to part with her...

Took the glove box and all that part of the dash out ready for AC Evaporator change tomorrow. Figured the more I can do before it goes the shop the less labour it is and less money it costs me.

Got home on Friday and my sunroof wouldn't shut :-( Click Click Click, I could tell it was stuck on the passenger side. Put a tarp over the roof rack to keep it dry from the rain on Friday night.

On Saturday, after reading scary posts on this forum about thousands of dollars, i could see no option but to start poking around. Poke poke, pull pull, unscrew unscrew - but there was only one thing for it - lower the whole roof lining - so I did, disconnected the battery (air bags) and started from the front to the rear.

The sunroof unit is held in place with brackets and bolts, i un did these and the 4 drain pipes (one on each corner) and lowered it on to the roof lining and slid it back through the rear door.

As I lowered it down, some coins dropped out - doh ! That will be the fuel kitty from the Simpson trip this year. My mate put coins in the little bag and a 2$ and a 10c coin must have sneaked out, eventually finding there way onto the rail.

I decided it to give it a thorough clean with truck wash (tracks were a but sandy and grimy) and careful aiming of the kararcher and let it dry. Then used lithium grease to re grease the tracks and reversed the whole process. Tested it and it was perfect, so remounted it up again and closed it - PERFECT!

Put roof lining back in, DVD player etc and it is just like a bought one !

VERY HAPPY ! Fortune saved, disaster averted !

Tips for next time: Clean your tools first (I got the roof a bit dirty cause of dirty hands from tools)

    2006 V6 Grande.
Remove old front springs and Tems shocks, replace with C59-296 and new Tems shocks from Partsouq.com
Remove old rear airbags and replace with new ones and put in 7mm spacers on ride height to get @ 20mm extra lift.
Will post lift heights after it has settled and alignment complete.
Took my time and still completed in a 1/2 day with instructions on forum.
