Whoops got the size wrong.
So what has that done to your speedo? How far out is it now?

Checked speedo on GPS, at 110 on the speedo the actual speed is 113, so I can live with that (wife wouldn't slow down for a 100km/h check)

Not sure at moment, when I remember to take the gps with me I will check, although it was reading high before so don't know byhow much off it will be now

What UCA's did you end up going with? I think next set of shoes will be 285's for my rig also. No doubt diesel economy would be slightly worse with the increase in diameter.

Went with Superior Engineering UCA's, basically because they were easily on hand. I figure the economy will suffer, but I'm hoping that will be more than made up for with the increase in the fun factor.

I've still got a bit of work to do to the mudflaps, as the tyres touch at full lock, but only thing other than the wheels & tyres that's been done to fit them so far is the UCA's and wheel alignment. The team at North West Off Road fitted it all and also adjusted the rear wheel carrier for the new spare (plus adjusting the rear wiper so it would clear the larger spare).

Funny you should mention the new UCA's - they were quickly noticed by swmbo: "What are those new silver bits", reply "Yeah, well, umm, I did get a little more than just the wheels and tyres..."

The correct response should be "I needed that due to the lift or the tyres will wear unevenly."
