Casey's got it, 285/70/17 Mickey Thompson P3's on Dick Cepek polished/ gun metal grey Torque's.

A bit louder than the old Cooper At3's, but the package looks superb in comparison.

Well the new wheels and tyres have been fitted and I'm very happy with how they look.

Smithy helped convince swmbo, when he was talking about how he sold his old steps and helped pay for his sliders. I used this info to convince her that the cost wasn't going to be too much - if I sold them before I did any more damage to them. Plus we went for a camping trip with the Devonport 4wd club and after seeing the big cruisers and patrols come back from a "little" run she decided the Prado needed a bit more protection.

She also said I would need bigger tyres and a few other things - but I've got to get the $$$ together for them things. I figured I'd jump at the chance to get the sliders before she changed her mind.

They look great. I need to find a way to convince swmbo that we need some on ours. One has been reshaped somewhat but it's gonna need a little more work yet

with Aj's instructions and the tips you told me I managed to get them on, besides I wasn't going to try to get you out here during the week and I couldn't wait until the weekend to fit them.

Thanks for that prado2004. I love the fact the sliders give me almost 6cm more clearance over the old steps.

After my trip to Sandy Cape, I decided I needed to get the money together for a decent set of sliders / side steps. Eventually a set were ordered from AJ120 and they arrived yesterday - fitted last night.

Now that I've got a new fridge Something needed to be done with my draw system, as it couldn't fit as the draws were.
Figured I should start from scratch for the main part and I'm planning on being able to add one or two draws (depending on what is needed). Hopefully my ideas work.
