I usually bump my rear pressures up 4 psi when fully loaded and/or towing on the highway, on sand I usually keep that front to rear variation the same...

Your tyre pressure on the bitumen are too low.

I don't find these TPMS units all that accurate for checking tyre pressures. They're reasonably accurate, but no substitute for a using a proper gauge...
