It does [on the diesel]. It just plumbs in and out of the sub on the way. I assume the extra plumbing is to help cool the return fuel.

The factory (and aftermarket) 17" rims bolt straight on. There's no difference in brakes or anything else that might interfere.

Have a look at Vonnies battery tray. It lifts the battery above the AC piping. The specs say it's 308mm long.

The switch should just be a screw in component on the gearbox. Traditionally TMC have put them on the side of the box.
